Super 8 by Wyndham Williams Lake BC

Older styled motel. Hall carpets had holes and the room was very dated and needed total reno. Room smelled smokey but was supposed to be non smoking. Breakfast was ok but was available in a very small room with limited seating.

Great staff. Convenient location. Dislike: pillows broken down, smoke detector was off its base. Small dining area with a lot of guests trying to get food at the same time.

Due for renovation My first room was dirty and previously smoked in so we moved to another room so my rating is based on my second room. The bathroom was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Beds seemed clean but with rips in the carpets, permanently stained furniture and corroded taps and shower head, I would say this place is due for a renovation.

Breakfast is ok , sandy is so nice at front desk, . Hallway carpet is loose and wavy. Bed is comfortable but no elevator at property

The room was clean and the staff were great, our original room smelled of cigarette smoke but they were quick to upgrade us at no additional charge (The new room was much less smelly but still vaguely smelled like cigarettes too). We felt a bit like we got catfished with our booking. The photos online were outdated and the room was much older looking than we expected. The hotel as a whole was outdated. The breakfast was continental and consisted of coffee, cereal and muffins as they had run out of premade omelettes. If we stay in Williams lake again we will probably try somewhere else. The staff really were the main (only) highlight of our stay, and maybe the room cleanliness.
